Hello people and sorry for my english.two days before i was ready to play game and my laptop crashed.i tried to ctrl+alt+del but nothing.when i tried to reboot i had problems.my laptop started but i couldn't see anything.in safe mode i could.then i went to the expert to solve it. my laptop has ati mobility radeon hd5470 and intel hd graphics.he said that laptop gives me a black screen when i turn on the computer. Everything turns on from what i hear but I can't see anything (only with intel hd graphics enabled).when i disable it and enable the ati mobility i dont have problems but its very slow.i tried to install new windows updates but every time i turn on my laptop i have the same updates and keep failing to install.when i restart my laptop with ati and intel graphics enabled i have this error---->http://i.imgur.com/XVsPn5F.jpg
i dont what is going on,maybe the expert missed something.

before the expert i had 1366*768 and now my resolution is 1024 * 768

intel core i3 cpu m330 @2,13ghz (4 cpu's)
4 gigs ram
i had windows 7 home edition and now win.7 ultimate 64 bit
