The TrueSuite failed to initialize properly

Hello,

I discovered that after upgrading my laptop from win8 to win 8.1, my Finger Printer reader was only working for window log-in.

Any attempt to lunch SimplePass app after log-in , an error message that reads as follow thrown:

The TrueSuite engine failed to initialize. Restarting the
appliaction, restarting the computer , or reinstalling the applicationmay
fix this problem. The application must now exit.

I cannot use finger print to log-in to websites anymore.   I have already updated my pc drivers as follow:

System Bios:      F.25

Finger Printer Driver:   4.4.234.0

Please can someone let me know solution for this problem. thanks
