Help. I purchased this notebook computer last year from Staples. There was a $50 rebate on this computer. I submitted the necessary paperwork the next day. When I did not receive the rebate, I contacted Staples and was told that I would have to contact HP. When I checked my rebate submission thru HP online it stated that there was a problem and that I would be notified by mail. I never received either the rebate nor the problem notification by mail. The tracking info is BLJH-2296-2083. There was a problem with my rebate submission but yet I just received an email from you that my warranty for this computer is about to expire. Please contact me ASAP about this issue. It would be nice to have a phone number to contact somebody but I could not find one.
