For having to re-authenticate/ install a new certificate each time you check your mail. I have included the two following documents from Microsoft 'Support For Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2007', and 'Outlook 2013'. Please work through the document the pertains to your version of outlook, and follow the steps.
