I also think it is a drive controller issue, but do not know how to solve it. Currently, I managed to fully erase the drive, repartition it, and installed Windows on the primary partition. Yet, the drive is still not recognized by BIOS and is not recognized to be bootable.
Any ideas on the drive utilities I could use to overwrite the MBR and set the drive to be bootable?
Or could it be that controller drivers are still not the right ones?
