Help Please!!
After significant effort (and another $110 for the Windows 7 product key) I have finally managed to downgrade from Windows 8, to 7 on my PC (HP Envy 23-c059 All-in-One). I thought I had finally succeeded until I realized that nothing worked. Not only am I in need of drivers for all of the components, but I now have no way of installing them on my machine. Both the wireless and Ethernet adapters seem to be non-responsive, so I tried use a USB flash drive, but it seems to be out of commission as well.
I know that it was not suggested to do the downgrade in the first place, but I purchased this machine for my kids to do their school work on, and since purchasing it almost 8 months ago, the kids just don't use it out of frustration. I decided to take drastic measures, as I felt the $1,100 I spent on it was being completely wasted with it being unused.
Please tell me I have not created a very large and expensive paper weight.
Thank you in advance for any advice or guidance you can provide.
