Hi! I think that this is over my head; but I'm trying to learn what the Reliability Monitor does. I hope I'm not out of line here; but could you attach a screen shot of your Reliability Monior to see if that gives a clue to your BSOD.

You could try a clean boot to see if a App is causing your problem.
