If you are seeing that device listed under the Network Adapters section, then the driver is installed.  If there is a yellow ! next to it, then the driver has a problem.

You may need to have to uninstall the driver and try reinstalling it again.

Because you have a Ralink WLAN card, then you need to install the Ralink BT software and driver.
