My hp pavilion dv7-1128ca notebook won't turn on. It starts to turn on, you can hear the fan & all the light at the top are on & then it stops. Lights beside the caps & numbers are blinking 4 times then a pause & then again 4 times. The blinking never stops. Already tried a hard restart & it didn't work. Would like to know what is wrong as I love this laptop.
