Thank you for your reply and I regret that the Beats Button is not functioning.
I know you said you have done all the updates, does this include the Window updates and verifying you have the latest software and drivers from the HP site for your particular model. Have you checked Device Manager and tried updating any drivers from there. If it is still unresolved try a hard reset "Performing a Hard Reset or Forced Reset" click here. If you are still experiencing an issue please respond back.
