Hello. I have HP ENVY 15-j000ec purchased with Windows 8 few days ago. I want to upgrade my OS to Windows 8.1. When I download it from Windows Store it will start installing up but after the restart and setup I get a message that it cannot be upgraded and it boots up my old OS Windows 8. After that i get this message:
