This audio driver should work. I downloaded it, used 7-Zip to break the files down from the .exe and the hardware ID for the audio controller in your notebook is one of the 3 listed in the information file.
If it does not install automatically, try manually installing the driver. Click on the multimedia audio controller in the device manager, click on the driver tab, click on update driver, select the Have Disk option, browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file, which will be located in C:\SWSetup/sp34567. Browse to and select the CPL309Ba setup information file, and hopefully the driver will install.
The modem...I cannot find a Vista driver with the exact hardware ID as yours has.
Try the XP driver from your PC's support and driver page. If it doesn't install automatically, try the same method as above and browse to C:\SWSetup\sp32338, and select the cpl309bk setup information file, and hopefully, the driver will install.
