Intel Rapid Start & Rapid Storage Question.

Hi, I'll try to keep this as short as possible.

Ive recreated the 4gb rapid start partition in Win 7 MBR & Win 8 GPT.

If I create the rapid start 4gb hibernation and then turn on acceleration this wipes the disk loosing my new 4gb partition. Ok, No problem. I turn on rapid storage first and tell it to use 25.8gb of the 30gb mssd and then create the rapid start partition.

When I tell rapid storage how much of the mssd to use I am only offered one decimal place. 25.8gb leaves me 4112mb which works out about 4.02gb. 25.9gb leaves about 3.92gb for my hibernation partition so it's not big enough.

Originally the laptop had a 4gb partition with no unused space.... I cant see how.

Just about every guide I see for rapid storage doesn't mention the rapid start hibernation partition. Just about every guide I see for rapid start doesn't mention rapid storage.

I hope one day that I may be able to leave the house again and breath fresh air. This setup is driving me insane !

My confision is how to get a 4gb hibernation partition with no free space after and rapid storage turned on.

After days of struggling I guess my explanation isn't that clear... sorry about that.
