Well microsoft sold mee the warranty for 1 year for for "we guarantee we will fix it". So I what I was looking for is a number I can call so microsoft and HP can work out what ever bills may be charged. Can be charged to microsoft. And I got in touch with someone and they told me that I gotta wait till monday when microsoft calls and tell them to establish a 3 way call so it can be discussed what to from the party paying the service and discuss what ever they want to do to fix it. They already spend a good 12+ man hours on it. and I dont want to mess the warranty by doing something on my own.
