Yes microsoft been working with me for about 2 weeks. I worked alot with a tier 2 tech. Its several diferent blue screen codes and he basicly took off my Windows and send me a disk to reinstall it. The disk cannot install Windows Because there is a file missing or currupted. He told me to contact HP and tell them I have a faulty operating system and I need to send it in to HP to get it fixed. I bought the Microsoft Guarantee for "We guarantee you we will fix your computer for $149 for one year". So any charges will be settled by them.
