I bought a Microsoft service to fix my blue screen on my laptop and they told me "to contact HP because it was a faulty operating system" And that microsoft will take care of of any charges because i bought their service. Can someone guide me to the right place so i can get my laptop fixed please? this is a windows 7 home premium. I cant find were it says Email me when there is response if you could please do email me when there is a response
