I had called tech support, and they had said that it was the application errors that were the problem with my laptop shutting down, but people said otherwise. They asked me to run a test (Not Tech Support) and it had failed. They said microsoft had to fix the errors, when thats not the issue with my PC randomly restarting, it is my hard drive. What would I do with my computer if I have a warranty, but Tech Support is saying that Microsoft has to fix it because they own Windows.
Obviously they own Windows, but what does that have to do with my harddrive?
